My Estate Concierge Employee Spotlight: Richard Way

Congratulations to Richard Way!

We’re excited to spotlight Richard, who has been with MEC for almost 5 years as a Lead Carpenter/Site Supervisor. In this role, Richard handles the day-to-day work on the construction site, including carpentry, coordinating with onsite subcontractors, resolving field issues, and ensuring the work is completed safely and to the high standards our clients expect.

When asked about his experience at MEC, Richard shared that his favorite part of working with us is the high quality of work we provide and the pride he takes in being a part of it. Outside of work, something most people wouldn’t guess about Richard is that he loves to cook.

As part of our Employee Spotlight, MEC has donated $100 to Richard's charity of choice, American Cancer Society.
