My Estate Concierge Employee Spotlight: Ben Smith

Congratulations to Ben Smith!

We’re excited to spotlight Ben, who has been with MEC for almost three years as a Project Manager. In this role, Ben oversees assigned projects from start to finish, coordinating teams, managing resources, and working closely with clients and vendors to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget. Ben plays an important role in keeping projects organized, addressing challenges as they arise, and supporting successful outcomes for both our team and our clients.

When asked about his experience at MEC, Ben shared that he enjoys working with the entire team and appreciates the opportunity to collaborate with clients. He especially values the time he gets to spend face to face with both teammates and customers. Outside of work, Ben loves body surfing in big waves.

As part of our Employee Spotlight on Ben, MEC has donated $100 to Ben’s charity of choice, St Jude's.
