Can you talk about a time that you have felt especially appreciated by a client?
I reviewed a five-year-old home that had windows leaking and determined that there was no flashing or drip edge installed. To be sure, I removed all of the stucco on the exterior of the home and found out that was the cause. The water leaked inside the walls and rotted a lot of the structural membranes (up three stories) which then had to be replaced. The client was so grateful that we caught this, as his house was basically rotting from the inside out!

I was a two-time NCAA All-American in gymnastics. Also, I have a Builder’s License.
