How have you grown in your profession since starting with MEC?

I have recently moved within the company from Home Services to Construction Services. While on the maintenance side, I enjoyed using my skills to make sure the technicians performed the work the way the customers would expect. Now I am back doing what I truly enjoy: building additions and new construction.
