My career has spanned a variety of industries, with a common focus on delivering exceptional customer service, leading professional teams, and fostering thoughtful collaboration with colleagues. Can you talk about a time that you have felt especially appreciated by a client?

During the height of the pandemic, clients returning from France arrived home late at night after weeks of travel delays, with no transportation and limited access to household essentials. They were grateful to find that everything had been arranged for their safe arrival and that their home was fully stocked and ready for their return.

My recent interest in researching my family genealogy led to the discovery that I am a direct descendant of a Mayflower passenger who arrived in 1620.
