How will past skills or experiences be valuable to your work at MEC?

I have been in a constantly evolving, on-call position my entire career. I prefer to have a plan in place, but am comfortable dealing with unexpected problems as they arise.

Can you talk about a time that you have felt especially appreciated by a client?

I have a former tenant from my previous job that reached out to me after the sale of the property to express how displeased they are with the new management. That in and of itself made me feel great, but I now consult for this former client and have become their go-to person for any questions related to commercial real estate.
