From framing to finish, this project is a perfect example of how a unique design solution can redefine a room. The homeowners wanted to make the most of their kitchen overlooking the woods, and My Estate Concierge—together with its field team, carpenters, and design partners—delivered a custom-built banquette that transformed part of the kitchen into an inviting focal point.

After installing new windows, MEC crafted booth seating with integrated storage drawers. The built-in banquette was tailored to fit seamlessly beneath the windows and between the newly installed cabinetry. Finished with upholstered seat cushions, channel backs, and matching lumbar pillows, the design blends comfort, style, and utility. More than just seating, this feature is a creative reimagining of space that adds both personality and flair to the home. The homeowners couldn’t be more delighted, and MEC is proud to have brought this distinctive vision to life.
