How will past skills or experiences be valuable to your work at MEC?

My experience managing client relationships and delivering high-touch service has taught me how to anticipate needs, communicate effectively, and build trust. I'm excited to bring those skills to MEC and help create exceptional experiences.

Can you talk about a time that you have felt especially appreciated by a client?

In a previous role, a client was going through a challenging transition and needed a lot of support. I made myself available and helped coordinate solutions across several teams. Afterward, they thanked me for being someone they could count on and said I made a stressful situation much easier.
