How will past skills or experiences be valuable to your work at MEC?

I bring more than 25 years of experience serving clients in management and service-focused roles. Known for my professionalism, foresight, and personalized approach, I excel at anticipating clients’ needs and delivering thoughtful solutions. My hands-on approach and commitment to service help create a seamless experience for both my clients and their homes.

Can you talk about a time that you have felt especially appreciated by a client?

Once while working at a Country Club, I went above and beyond to serve a client’s needs on Christmas Eve. During a snowstorm, I personally delivered last-minute gifts from the tennis pro shop to a family’s home, ensuring they were wrapped and under the tree in time for their family to enjoy on Christmas morning. The member was incredibly grateful, as they had neither the time nor the ability to travel to the club that evening.

I have run the Boston Marathon. I have visited 31 of the lower 48 states and I have been to Alaska.
