Sebastion LeChance – Employee of the Month, December 2025

We’re excited to announce Sebastion LeChance as MEC’s Employee of the Month for December 2025!

Sebastion is an all-around great employee—he does whatever is asked of him and is always going above and beyond without a single complaint. He’s skilled beyond his years, brings a great attitude to every situation, and is super easy to work with. On top of that, he’s fantastic with clients and always willing to step in wherever he’s needed. We’re so very lucky to have him!

In recognition of his hard work, MEC will donate $100 to Sebastion’s charity of choice, St Jude.
