Sebastion LeChance – Employee of the Month, September 2025

We’re excited to announce Sebastion LeChance as MEC’s Employee of the Month for September 2025!

Since re-joining the team, Sebastion has made an immediate impact. His strong work ethic, willingness to go above and beyond, and positive attitude have been noticed all around. He consistently steps up when needed, volunteering for extra on-call shifts and jumping in to support the team without hesitation.

In recognition of his hard work, MEC will donate $100 to Sebastion’s charity of choice, St Jude.
